The chocolate version of Chuck Norris.

Sausalito is a small town North of San Francisco. When I visited it, I saw this beautiful chocolate shop while walking around and I just had to jump in there.

The shop -and the whole town- is neat, cozy…and perfect, like Stars Hollow (or insert here the fictional town of your preference).

I was inside for a while trying to chose what to take with me, because buying or not was out of the question, the thing was what. So, after narrowing my choices to chocolate bars, I decided to take the 91% cacao. It’s so bitter that regular bitter chocolates are for sissies. But I couldn’t handle the bitterness of this. I think I’ll have to. Because, chocolate is a thing you don’t throw away.

91% cacao is not a thing to toy with.
